What is Colonic Club?
Colonic Club is an independent UK platform for discovering professional colon hydrotherapy practitioners, comparing clinics, planning costs and using the available booking journey. Clinics remain independent and make their own clinical decisions.
How does Colonic Club work?
Search by location, review published clinic and practitioner information, choose a suitable option and follow the available booking or launch-notification journey. Where online booking is enabled, the practitioner reviews the relevant health information and confirms the next step.
Can I choose my own practitioner?
Yes. You can compare published clinics, locations and practitioners and choose who you want to approach or book, subject to availability and the practitioner deciding that treatment is suitable.
How does Care Balance work?
Care Balance lets you add monthly contributions or a one-off amount to your Colonic Club balance, then apply available funds to eligible treatment. A booking must be fully funded by its deadline and still requires the practitioner’s clinical confirmation.
Is Care Balance credit?
No. Care Balance is not credit, borrowing, a bank account or a savings product. It records money you have contributed for eligible Colonic Club treatment. You can also pay normally when the booking journey offers that option.
Am I locked into a Care Balance subscription?
No. Monthly contributions can be changed or cancelled through the payment settings described in your account and terms. Cancelling a future contribution does not remove money already recorded in your balance.
Who decides whether colon hydrotherapy is suitable for me?
The independent practitioner makes the clinical decision after considering the information you provide. Colonic Club does not diagnose, prescribe or direct treatment, and a booking request is not a guarantee that treatment can proceed.
Does Colonic Club make detox or medical benefit claims?
No. Independent health guidance describes limited clinical evidence for colonic irrigation and does not support broad detox or general-health claims. Colonic Club provides factual treatment and booking information, not diagnosis, medical advice or a promise of a health outcome.
Is colon hydrotherapy the same as medically prescribed rectal irrigation?
No. Colon hydrotherapy or colonic irrigation is a complementary treatment offered in a clinic. Medically prescribed rectal or transanal irrigation is a different bowel-management intervention that follows clinical assessment and specialist training.
How are practitioners checked?
Practitioners declare an accepted current professional route and provide the information required for their profile and service. Insurance, profile publication, booking, payment readiness and any additional service evidence are separate controls. Outside memberships do not imply endorsement of Colonic Club.
What happens if I cannot have treatment?
The next step depends on the booking stage, practitioner decision and applicable cancellation or refund terms. Colonic Club shows the relevant outcome in the booking journey and account rather than treating a request as an automatic treatment entitlement.
