How Care Budget works, what it can be used for and why it is not credit or cash.

Care Budget helps customers put smaller monthly amounts aside toward eligible Colonic Club treatments and selected products. It is designed to make higher-value treatments easier to plan for without offering credit or lending.
Your Care Budget is not cash, not withdrawable and not transferred to a favourite clinic before treatment.
A favourite clinic is used for guidance, reminders and availability; it does not receive your monthly Care Budget before treatment has happened.
Using your balance
Your balance can be used with eligible Colonic Club providers and may be returned according to cancellation policy.
At booking, your available balance can be applied and any shortfall must be paid online before the appointment is confirmed.
Credits are issued only after a successful payment. Failed or refunded payments do not create usable balance and may result in reversal entries.
If a booking is cancelled, late-cancelled, missed, or marked cannot-treat, the amount returned to your balance depends on the applicable cancellation and suitability policy.
