Essential browser storage
When you choose to record local clinic interest, a colonic_location_interest cookie remembers this browser for 30 days to avoid repeat counting. It is created only after that request, contains a random identifier, and is not used for advertising. You can delete it in browser settings. Interest counts are not verified customer numbers.
The secure session cookie keeps you signed in and protects access to your account. It is necessary for the account, booking and health-form service you request and is not used for advertising.
We store your cookie and analytics choice in your browser so the site can remember it. Your browser can block or delete storage, but blocking the secure session cookie means signed-in features will not work.

If you actively choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics are loaded only for public pages and selected public journey events, such as a clinic search or waitlist form submission. We use it to understand which public pages and journeys are useful; we do not use it for advertising or to make decisions about you.
Analytics is not loaded unless you allow it, and is not loaded on account, login, Care Balance, booking-management, practitioner, provider, administrator or health-form areas. We remove query strings and page fragments before a public page view is sent and never send names, email addresses, postcodes, health answers, treatment notes, payment details, booking references or private practitioner information as analytics data.
Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies for up to 90 days. Google advertising signals and automatic form tracking are disabled. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie choices in the footer. Choosing Essential only stops future analytics collection on that browser. Refusing analytics does not prevent you from using Colonic Club.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or marketing trackers. We will not add them under the existing analytics choice. If our use of browser technology changes, we will update this policy and ask for any new consent before the new technology runs.
