Provider network

Ordinary practitioners declare a current accepted professional route and the clinic owner controls publication after completing the minimum profile requirements. Colonic Club may suspend or remove a clinic for a genuine safety, fraud, security or contractual concern. Insurance, booking and restricted-service evidence are controlled separately and may be rechecked when they expire or concerns arise.

Colonic Club is independent. Professional memberships or registrations may support platform checks, but do not imply that the relevant organisation endorses, operates or approves Colonic Club.

Availability, treatment suitability and practitioner schedules are confirmed by the independent provider, not by Colonic Club.

Clinical independence and data handling

Independent therapists make clinical decisions. Colonic Club does not diagnose, recommend treatment or decide treatment frequency.

A customer can complete a reusable health profile before booking. It stays private to the customer until they choose an appointment and authorise a booking-specific copy for the active practitioner assigned to that appointment. Updating the private profile does not silently change a copy that was already shared.

Health-form answers and treatment-record content are encrypted. The active assigned practitioner receives the appointment share. A customer may separately allow clinic-authorised staff to read the appointment questionnaire and prepare separate notes. This optional access never includes clinical sign-off or treatment records. Other practitioners and platform administrators cannot read that clinical content. A later appointment creates its own controlled share for its assigned practitioner.

Operational controls

Required terms and privacy acknowledgements are recorded separately from optional marketing consent. Booking, payment, clinical review, settlement and administrative actions are role-restricted and audited. External payment and messaging effects have operational stop controls and reconciliation procedures.
