Restricted services such as vitamin injections, tests or services requiring additional qualification, insurance, protocol or consent must stay unavailable until manually approved for the relevant provider and practitioner.
Providers warrant that uploaded training, insurance, supply, prescriber, protocol and consent evidence is accurate and current.
A provider may be suspended or removed if evidence is false, expired, incomplete or inconsistent with the service offered.
Restricted service pages and advertising should remain unpublished or noindexed until the required approvals and claims review are complete.
