Provider Agreement
The provider agreement for clinics and practitioners using Colonic Club booking, forms, payment and operating tools.

Providers appoint Colonic Club as the booking and payment collection platform for eligible bookings made through the service.
Providers remain responsible for clinical judgement, qualifications, insurance, hygiene, consent, records, aftercare and restricted-service compliance.
Provider profiles, badges, services and restricted-service availability must be accurate. Badges and restricted services must not be shown publicly unless supporting evidence has been checked and the relevant approval status is active.
Payment and commission
Colonic Club may collect customer payments, apply Care Budget, deduct agreed commission or fees, and create payout records according to the provider's plan and the booking outcome.
For the first available provider group, Colonic Club commission is 15% of the full appointment or order value for bookings and orders made through Colonic Club, including any online top-up and Care Budget redemption.
Providers must not encourage customers who came through Colonic Club to bypass the platform during the attribution window. Imported existing clients and manual walk-ins are not commissionable unless already attributed under the platform rules.
