What an application means

Submitting an application asks Colonic Club to create a private setup workspace and review whether the therapist and clinic may join the network. Secure account access may be activated for setup, but this does not guarantee approval, create a public listing, enable customer booking or create a provider contract.

Applicants must be currently registered with ARCH and must provide accurate clinic, identity, membership and contact information. Colonic Club may request evidence of registration, insurance, authority to act for the clinic, services, locations and payment-recipient details before activation.

Review, setup and activation

Colonic Club may accept, decline or ask for more information after reviewing the application and independently checking ARCH membership. A clinic is not available for customer bookings until its required evidence, services, locations, practitioner access, provider agreement and Stripe payment-recipient setup have been approved.

Before activation, the authorised clinic signatory is shown the setup arrangements, platform fee and Provider Agreement that apply. The clinic must expressly accept those terms; submitting this application alone does not create a fee or payment obligation. Where the pre-launch waiver does not apply, an approved applicant must pay the one-off £300 setup fee through Stripe's secure hosted Checkout before publication. The £300 is the total Colonic Club setup-fee charge; any VAT that applies to Colonic Club is included in that amount and shown on the invoice.

Your information and optional updates

We use submitted identity, clinic, contact, ARCH membership, website, location, team, profile, service, availability and onboarding information to create the requested workspace, assess the application, verify eligibility, prevent misuse and contact the applicant about review and setup. Stripe hosts its own identity and bank-account onboarding. This application and its profile fields must not be used to send customer health information.

Optional Colonic Club email updates are separate, are never pre-selected and can be stopped at any time without affecting the application. The Privacy Policy explains the purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention and rights that apply to personal information.
