What an application means
Submitting an application declares current ARCH membership and asks Colonic Club to create a private setup workspace. After proving control of the submitted email address, an ordinary eligible practitioner can continue setup without a routine Colonic Club approval queue. The declaration is auditable, but it does not itself create a public listing, enable customer booking or create a provider contract.
Applicants must be currently registered with ARCH and must provide accurate clinic, identity, membership and contact information. Colonic Club may request evidence for insurance, restricted services, authority to act, security concerns or other genuine exceptional states; those controls are separate from ordinary self-certified onboarding.
Back to topOwner review, setup and activation
The applicant reviews imported or manually entered profile content. Once the minimum public-profile readiness requirements are complete, the clinic owner may approve and publish the ordinary profile. Customer booking remains unavailable until its separate evidence, service, schedule, feature-flag and payment-recipient gates pass; restricted services retain manual evidence approval.
Before publication, the authorised clinic signatory is shown the setup arrangements, platform fee and Provider Agreement that apply. The clinic must expressly accept those terms; submitting this application alone does not create a payment. Eligible current ARCH applications received by 23:59:59.999 Europe/London on 30 September 2026 retain the full waiver. Where that waiver does not apply, including applications received from 1 October 2026, the applicant must pay the one-off £300 setup fee through Stripe's secure hosted Checkout before owner publication. The £300 is the total Colonic Club setup-fee charge; any VAT that applies to Colonic Club is included in that amount and shown on the invoice.
Back to topYour information and optional updates
We use submitted identity, clinic, contact, current-ARCH declaration, website, location, team, profile, service, availability and onboarding information to create the requested workspace, prepare owner-reviewed suggestions, operate the applicable independent checks, prevent misuse and contact the applicant about setup or exceptional issues. Stripe hosts its own identity and bank-account onboarding. This application and its profile fields must not be used to send customer health information.
Optional Colonic Club email updates are separate, are never pre-selected and can be stopped at any time without affecting the application. The Privacy Policy explains the purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention and rights that apply to personal information.
