What joining the waitlist means

Joining the therapist waitlist starts ordinary self-service onboarding and creates a private setup workspace. We send a secure, single-use link so the applicant can prove email ownership and add or review clinic locations, team members, profile images, services, prices, availability and payout-onboarding details. The clinic owner controls when the ordinary profile is published after the minimum profile requirements are complete.

The waitlist is open only to therapists who declare that they are current ARCH members. That declaration is recorded as the auditable ordinary-provider credential; there is no routine Colonic Club approval queue for ordinary onboarding. Insurance, booking, live-money and restricted-service evidence remain independent controls and may keep those capabilities closed without placing the ordinary application into review.

Account, team and payout setup

The applicant must control the email address submitted. Provider access is granted only after that address uses the secure setup link. An applicant may invite genuine clinic colleagues to individual accounts and must have authority to provide their work contact details and assign the selected clinic role. An invitation does not give access until the named recipient accepts it.

Profile text and images must be accurate, lawful to publish and must not include customer information or misleading health claims. Verification documents are kept private from the public. Health information, treatment notes and customer records must never be added to a waitlist, profile or ordinary onboarding field.

If a website is supplied and importing is enabled, Colonic Club may prepare private profile suggestions from that website. The applicant reviews, edits, accepts or rejects those suggestions; imported images require an explicit reuse-rights confirmation and newer manual edits are not silently overwritten. Stripe hosts the identity, business and bank-account steps needed to establish the clinic's payment recipient. Completing Stripe setup does not open customer payments or clinic settlement while their independent gates are closed.

Setup fee waiver and platform fee

The normal setup fee is £300. An eligible current ARCH member whose Colonic Club application is received by 23:59:59.999 Europe/London on 30 September 2026 earns the full £300 setup-fee waiver from that immutable application time. Applications received from 1 October 2026 incur the normal £300 obligation. Colonic Club provides the setup workspace and support; the applicant remains responsible for accurate clinic, team, service, availability, evidence and Stripe onboarding information.

An application submitted after the offer deadline does not take a payment on submission. The one-off £300 setup fee is shown in the private clinic workspace and must be paid through Stripe's secure hosted Checkout before the clinic owner can publish the profile. The £300 is the total Colonic Club setup-fee charge; any VAT that applies to Colonic Club is included in that amount and shown on the invoice. The payment and refund terms are set out in the Provider Agreement.

A clinic using the full account pays the standard platform fee of 15% of completed eligible Colonic Club-originated treatment value under the provider agreement. Joining the waitlist does not create a payment, payout, active listing or provider contract.

Your information and launch updates

We use the submitted identity, clinic, contact and current-ARCH declaration, and the information later added to the private setup workspace, to create and secure the account, prepare owner-reviewed profile suggestions, operate independent service and booking checks, prevent misuse and contact the applicant about setup or exceptional issues. Team invitation details are used only to create and secure the requested clinic access. Stripe processes its hosted recipient-onboarding information under its own notice. We do not ask for customer health information in this process.

Optional email updates are separate from the waitlist application and are never pre-selected. Consent for launch updates can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the application. Our Privacy Policy explains how Colonic Club handles personal information.
