What an application means
Submitting an application asks Colonic Club to create a private setup workspace and records the stated professional route. After proving control of the submitted email address, an applicant using ARCH, RICTAT or another route Colonic Club may accept can prepare that workspace while eligibility checks continue. Application and workspace access do not create a public listing, enable booking or create a provider contract.
Applicants must be appropriately qualified and insured for colon hydrotherapy and provide accurate identity, clinic, professional-route and contact information. Colonic Club must accept the relevant eligibility evidence before public profile publication, booking and live-money capabilities can open.
Back to topOwner review, setup and activation
The applicant may prepare and review imported or manually entered profile content while professional eligibility is pending. The clinic owner may publish only after Colonic Club has accepted the relevant eligibility evidence and all minimum public-profile requirements are complete. Customer booking remains separately gated by insurance, service, schedule, feature and payment-recipient readiness.
Apply by 23:59:59.999 Europe/London on 30 September 2026 and the normal first-clinic £300 setup fee becomes waived if the applicant is ultimately accepted as eligible. The application time stays locked even if checks or onboarding finish later. Applications received from 1 October 2026 receive the ordinary £300 obligation. A separate clinic brand does not automatically receive another founding waiver. The Provider Agreement shown before publication contains the detailed fee and payment rules.
Back to topYour information and optional updates
We use submitted identity, clinic, contact, acquisition source, professional-route declaration, website, location, team, profile, service, availability and onboarding information to create the requested workspace, assess any member-offer request, prepare owner-reviewed suggestions, operate the applicable independent checks, prevent misuse and contact the applicant about setup or exceptional issues. Stripe hosts its own identity and bank-account onboarding. This application and its profile fields must not be used to send customer health information.
Optional Colonic Club email updates are separate, are never pre-selected and can be stopped at any time without affecting the application. The Privacy Policy explains the purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention and rights that apply to personal information.
