What joining the waitlist means
Joining the practitioner waitlist creates a private setup workspace. We send a secure, single-use link so the applicant can prove email ownership and prepare clinic locations, team members, profile images, services, prices, availability, professional evidence and payout-onboarding details. Applicants using ARCH, RICTAT or another route Colonic Club may accept can prepare that workspace while checks continue.
Private setup is separate from professional eligibility, profile publication, booking readiness and live-money readiness. Colonic Club must confirm appropriate qualification, insurance and the relevant professional route before a profile can be published or customer booking can be enabled.
Back to topAccount, team and payout setup
The applicant must control the email address submitted. Provider access is granted only after that address uses the secure setup link. An applicant may invite genuine clinic colleagues to individual accounts and must have authority to provide their work contact details and assign the selected clinic role. An invitation does not give access until the named recipient accepts it.
Profile text and images must be accurate, lawful to publish and must not include customer information or misleading health claims. Verification documents are kept private from the public. Health information, treatment notes and customer records must never be added to a waitlist, profile or ordinary onboarding field.
If a website is supplied and importing is enabled, Colonic Club may prepare private profile suggestions from that website. The applicant reviews, edits, accepts or rejects those suggestions; imported images require an explicit reuse-rights confirmation and newer manual edits are not silently overwritten. Stripe hosts the identity, business and bank-account steps needed to establish the clinic's payment recipient. Completing Stripe setup does not open customer payments or clinic settlement while their independent gates are closed.
Back to topSetup fee waiver and platform fee
There is no monthly subscription. Apply by 23:59:59.999 Europe/London on 30 September 2026 and the usual first-clinic £300 setup fee is waived if Colonic Club ultimately accepts the applicant as professionally eligible. The immutable application time locks the offer; eligibility and onboarding may be completed later. While eligibility is unresolved, the fee is pending rather than due. The same founding rule applies to direct, ARCH, RICTAT and other accepted professional routes.
Applications received from 1 October 2026 have the ordinary £300 first-clinic setup obligation. Submission does not take payment. The setup fee is payable only after eligibility is accepted and must be settled before owner publication. A later separate clinic brand is outside the automatic founding offer. Historical valid waivers and settled payment states remain unchanged.
A clinic using the full account pays the standard platform fee of 15% of completed eligible Colonic Club-originated treatment value under the Provider Agreement. Joining the waitlist does not create a payment, payout, active listing or provider contract.
Back to topYour information and launch updates
We use the submitted identity, clinic, contact, acquisition source and professional-route information, and information later added to the private setup workspace, to secure the account, assess eligibility, prepare owner-reviewed profile suggestions, operate independent publication and booking checks, prevent misuse and contact the applicant about setup or review. Team invitation details are used only for the requested clinic access. Stripe processes its hosted recipient-onboarding information under its own notice. We do not ask for customer health information in this process.
Optional email updates are separate from the waitlist application and are never pre-selected. Consent for launch updates can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the application. Our Privacy Policy explains how Colonic Club handles personal information.
